Can I change my order or the details on my order after payment?

If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that are already processed or shipped can not be changed.

Do you also offer an installation service?

We as secureitnow are a pure online shop. However, after purchase, we gladly provide contact of PSA licensed fitter in your area. Please contact us for more information.

Do you also offer advice or consultation?

Since we are an online shop we do what we can do best: provide quality products at a great price. For simple questions about our products feel free to contact us. Anything else needs to be done by a professional.

I haven’t received an email confirmation. What shall I do?

We keep our customers always updated. Some of the emails are sent automatically by the system and fulfilment process. If you did not receive an expected email, please check first if your email address is correct. Make also sure, that our email did not end up in your SPAM folder.
