What if my product is faulty?

We are really sorry if this is the case. We will need to investigate this immediately, so please get in touch with us directly.

If the item is damaged or defective, please email or call us immediately for instructions. Please do not send any products back, before contacting us.

What do I need to return any product?

Again, please get in contact with us immediately. You will need your order confirmation number or invoice number. All products had to be sent back in the original package.

How quickly could I get a replacement if one product doesn’t work?

All replacements are shipped as soon as the faulty product arrives in our place.

Do you offer any warranty?

Yes, of course, we do. All our products come with at least a 12-month warranty.
